He has had very tough days, there were times we were told he had only hours left but somehow has kept on fighting. Sebastian is very weak and now in his last days we are continuing to make sure he is as comfortable as possible.

We continue to lift all of you up in prayer. Sebastian is truly amazing and an inspiration to all who have had the privilege to know him. Thank you for allowing me that privilege.

There are no words that can prepare to lose such a sweet and loving spirit. He lit up any room he was in! I only hope that your dear friends will hold you close and support through the terrible grief and sadness that you must now being going through. I shall miss Sebastian and all your lovely family. I feel blessed to have known all of you.
